Various activities exist in Jamaica for visitors to the country. Most people who come to the country are largely interested in the culture and the music. Reggae is a strong part of the Jamaican community and has been made famous by Jamaican acts such as Bob Marley and a number of other exponents of the style of music. Ocho Rios is famous for such beaches and is visited annually by expert scuba divas and other water sports enthusiasts hoping to improve their game or just for the fun and activity.

Weather

Jamaica has a climate which is largely tropical and the weather is hot and humid for most part of the year, which makes it ideal to go about in light holiday clothes. Certain areas of the country however are dry rain-shadow areas but aren’t that frequented by tourists.
